Franklin, Tenn. - PassAlong Networks, a provider of branded digital music stores, announced on Wednesday that it has spun off its Speakerheart digital music store service for independent artists. The software enables artists to upload their own music, create track samples, set their own prices and sell their music via both custom storefronts and an embeddable widget tool called Shelves. PassAlong co-founders Jozef Nuyens and Brad Edmonson were named CEO and president, respectively, of Speakerheart.
