Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group, Incorporated, a leading integrated advertising and marketing agency in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a senior level Web Developer to join our growing team. We are searching for an individual who can take a leadership role in the company, interacting between and within different groups with a solution-focused attitude. This may involve conceptualizing, researching design solutions and thinking out-of-the-developer's-box to provide the best possible interactive deliverables for our clients. Require: 4+ years of standards compliant HTML/XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript (cross-platform browser compatibility a must). 4+ years of PHP, 4+ years MySQL, 4+ years NIX (Linux, OSX ,FreeBSD). Familiarity with the Ruby language and the Rails framework. Pluses: Familiarity with the Ruby language and the Rails framework. AJAX, Prototype.js, Scriptaculous.
