Munich - German TV broadcaster ProSiebenSat1 Media has purchased the 70% stake in German video-sharing site MyVideo.de that it did not already own for about $26 million, BlogNation reported.

The site, which was launched in April 2006, claimed over 36 million unique users and 618 million page views during July.

MyVideo.de is backed by Oliver and Alexander Samwer, who previously founded mobile content distributor Jamba.
