New York - Universal Music Group announced on Tuesday that it has licensed its entire ringtone catalog for use by Home Phone Tunes on the Ringboxx, a device that lets users personalize landline phones with ringtones. The $59 device, available from Amazon.com and HomePhoneTunes.com, lets consumers with Caller ID assign different ringtones to friends, family and other callers. Home Phone Tunes said it also licensed ringtones from independent music distributor The Orchard for the device.
