New York - Viacom's mtvU college network and partner Cisco on Wednesday launched five online applications developed by college students as part of their Digital Incubator program, which provides up to $250,000 in grants each year to students' interactive projects. The winning projects include RapHappy (NYU), a mobile phone-based hip-hop community; Osiris (Brown), which creates music videos using lyrics and images pulled from Flickr; Casablanca (NYU), a mobile party game; Selectricity (M.I.T.), an online communal ranking technology; and How Do I Say This? (UCLA), a Web-based advice wiki.
