Los Angeles - Disney's ABC Entertainment and Warner Bros. TV Group have signed a unique deal for the online rights to TV shows produced by Warner that air on ABC, Variety reported. In the first year of the deal, ABC will stream Warner Bros. shows like "Pushing Daisies," "Men in Trees," "Notes From the Underbelly" and "Big Shots" on its ABC.com broadband player for a month after their initial broadcasts, and retain all ad revenue. In the second year, Warner Bros. gets the rights to stream the first season's episodes -- retaining ad revenue -- as well as sell them as permanent downloads and DVD boxed sets. It's unclear as of yet where Warner will place its online episodes.
