Digital Ad Network OnSite Raises $5 Million

Chicago - OnSite Network, the provider of a digital ad and programming network placed in sports bars and restaurants, said on Monday that it has raised over $5 million through a private placement of its shares.

Chicago-based OSN has over 125 HDTV screens in sports bars and restaurants in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Orlando, and said it has licenses with several hundred other venues to join its network.

Advertisers, such as liquor companies, car dealers, tourism and real estate firms, can purchase ads in one location or across OSN's entire network.

The company will use the funds for marketing and to increase product sales and reach of its network.
