San Diego - Tapioca Mobile, a provider of mobile video delivery technology, has raised an undisclosed sum of seed funding from Venrock, PEHub.com reported.

San Diego-based Tapioca Mobile is developing technology that will help advertisers and publishers deliver rich media to consumers' cell phones.
