New York - MusicNet, a provider of digital music services, said on Wednesday that it has partnered with La Curacao, a Hispanic mega retailer in the U.S., to create a Hispanic-focused digital music service. Pasito Tunes, due to launch by the end of the year, will be bilingual and offer both subscription and a la carte download options from MusicNet's library of 4.5 million tracks. The site will also offer specialized genre categories like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton and Rancheras. La Curacao claims 9 million visitors annually to its stores.
