Berkeley, Calif. - Realius, a developer of "games that emulate real world cities," said on Friday that it plans to demonstrate "Fantasy Real Estate," a suite of Web-based casual games that follow consumers through the home ownership lifecycle, at the TechCrunch 40 conference next week. Berkeley, Calif.-based Realius said that in addition to its own game site, which also features "Price Me Now," the company also works closely with partner companies in the real estate brokerage, home furnishings, home improvement and design industries.
