To the person who claims Chris Crocker's video broadcasts are deep and meaningful... There is nothing deep and meaningful about saying " Britney is a national treasure, who cares about 9/11 "? You are calling other posters here crazy for their opinions on Crocker but, I would say idolizing anyone who has the nerve and obvious mental instability to say that Britney Spears is more important than the day hundreds and hundreds of innocent people were flat out murdered is the one with mental problems. Who cares if Crocker has "other" videos that are insightful? The second he made that ignorant and heartless statement, all repsect and legitimacy went out the window. Some of his brainless fans are saying that Crocker was only joking in the 9/11 video... well.. I don't know about you but, nothing seems funny or jokeworthy to me about people dying. And by the way, I was a fan of Crocker and I am a gay male so, don't delude yourself into thinking the only people who are against Crocker are conservative heterosexuals. Bottom line is he messed up and he is setting the gay movement back because sadly, people are going to view his Britney video and any other of his videos and assume that ALL homosexuals are like that. He gave homophobes ammo to use against us without even thinking of the young homosexual teens who are being harassed in schools. So, you're right, we don't have to watch his videos or tv show since we don't like him. You can watch and adore him all you want. Just don't flatter yourself into thinking we are against him because he is controversial and rebellious. We are against him because quite simply, he is a bad person. That is proven in his videos.
