Washington - XM Satellite Radio said on Wednesday that it will launch next week a radio channel -- called P.O.T.U.S. '08 -- devoted to the upcoming presidential election. The 24-hour radio channel will offer coverage of the 2008 presidential campaign, including news and opinions from both traditional media and unconventional outlets, such as political bloggers and podcasters. Presidential candidates also will be offered free time each day to speak to listeners.
