Deerfield Beach, Fla. - mVisible Technologies, a developer of mobile content distribution technology, has raised $6.5 million in a new round of venture capital financing, led by Harris Preston & Partners.

Morgenthau Venture Partners and previous investor New World Angels also participated.

Florida-based mVisible's Myxer technology lets musicians create, share and sell ringtones and wallpapers directly from their own websites or MySpace pages.

The company previously raised $3 million in October 2006.
