Orlando, Fla. - ClearSky Mobile Media, a provider of mobile entertainment services for wireless carriers, announced on Wednesday that it has spun-off Red Planet Media as a separate entity. The new company, led by president and CEO Dean Fresonke, will focus on developing collaborative social networks for mobile.
