New York - AzoogleAds, a New York-based provider of online marketing services, announced that it has acquired Bazaar Advertising, a San Francisco-based provider of search engine advertising technology.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AzgoogleAds said that the acquisition expands its search engine optimization capabilities as well as its client base.

Following the acquisition, AzoogleAds, which was founded in 2000, has about 120 employees, with offices in New York, Toronto, Canada and San Francisco.

Its investors include TA Associates and Stripes Group.
