London - EnQii, a provider of digital out-of-home advertising services, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $10 million in new venture capital financing, from undisclosed investors.

The company also announced its acquisitions of digital media network provider Digital View Media; mobile marketing agency Redeemit; and digital ad content developer Screen-Edge.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

London-based EnQii says its serves more than 90 corporate clients, including Dillard's and Liberty Travel in North America.
