San Francisco - Podaddies, an online video advertising start-up, has raised just over $1 million in angel funding from The Band of Angels and The Angels Forum.

San Francisco-based Podaddies says its ad network lets advertisers target markets they've been unable to reach, while video publishers can track and monetize their video content on Web pages and after it is downloaded, shared and distributed.

The company will use the funds to continue growth through the fall and to add additional staff.
