New York - BlackArrow, a provider of multiplatform ad management for viewer-controlled video, has raised $12 million in its second round of venture capital financing.
Investors included Cisco Systems and previous backers Comcast Interactive Capital, Intel, Mayfield Fund and Polaris Venture Partners also participated.
New York-based BlackArrow said its service helps ad agencies reach target audiences, and maximizes new ad revenues for content providers and distributors.
The company also said it named former Knight Ridder Digital CTO Dean Denhart as its new president and CEO.
