Los Angeles - News Corp.'s MySpace online social network announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with Skype, the Internet telephone service owned by eBay, to enable MySpace's 110 million users and Skype's 220 million users to call each other for free using Skype.

MySpaceIM currently claims an installed base of 25 million users.

The MySpaceIM with Skype service, set to launch next month in 20 countries where MySpace has localized communities, will also let users link their MySpace profiles and photos or avatars to their accounts on Skype.

The companies also said they plan to integrate revenue-generating Skype features like voicemail and call forwarding, but did not disclose how any revenue would be shared.
