San Francisco - BrightRoll, the operator of an online video advertising network, has raised around $5 million in its second round of venture capital financing, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.
Investors in the round included True Ventures and Adams Street Partners.
San Francisco-based BrightRoll said it has served over 800 million ads since its was founded in 2005, and serves over half of the top 250 websites, as measured by comScore.
