Santa Monica, Calif.-based JibJab created its first popular video in 2000, which lampooned presidential candidates George W. Bush and Al Gore.
In 2004, its "This Land" and "Good to Be in DC" parody videos were seen more than 80 million times.
The company's previous venture round raised nearly $6.4 million.
