Winston-Salem, N.C. - GET Interactive, the developer of an ad platform that lets consumers buy products placed in entertainment content, on Wednesday announced deals with Universal Music Group and Sega of America. North Carolina-based GET Interactive's technology links viewers of Web-enabled video content to brands and products featured in the content. The company will begin providing links on music videos from Universal's Interscope, Geffen and A&M labels this year, and is working with Sega on a wider array of placements in a new game title being developed.
