Sunnyvale, Calif. - Harmonic, a provider of broadcast and on-demand video delivery technology, said that it will sell 12.5 million shares for $12 each in a follow-on public offering.
The company could make up to $150 million in the offering, which is expected to close on Tuesday. Harmonic, which over the summer acquired Rhozet for $15.5 million, has about 79.8 million shares outstanding.
The news sent company shares down 6% in Thursday trading on the Nasdaq.
