Herzeliya, Israel - Volas Entertainment, a provider of mobile content aggregation and back-end services, announced on Tuesday that Logia Group, a provider of mobile and Internet technology services, has taken a 50% stake in the company.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004, Israel-based Volas provides its services to clients including Vodafone, Optimus Telecom and Accenture.

Volas said the strategic investment will strengthen its sales and marketing teams, provide a strong financial backing, reduce operational costs and introduce new business and revenues from Logia's current operations.
