Microsoft Inks $500M IPTV Deal with India's Reliance Communications

Mumbai, India - Microsoft (NASD: MSFT) announced on Tuesday a $500 million contract with Reliance Communications, to power the India-based company's IPTV service. The service will offer both HD and standard content, as well as features like video-on-demand, digital video recording, instant channel changing and personal media sharing.
