Boca Raton, Fla. - OpenPeak, the developer of a touch-screen interface and software merging telephony, Internet content and digital media on a reinvented "home phone," announced that it has raised $30 million in its third round of venture capital financing, led by RRE Ventures and Castletop Capital.

Florida-based OpenPeak's technology transforms the home telephone into a "third screen" device that can access the Internet and digital media content.

The company will use the funds to support the manufacture and launch of its OpenFrame line of devices.
