Wilmington, Del. - Zone4Play, a developer of Internet, TV and mobile games content, announced on Wednesday that it has formed a joint venture with interactive TV production company Two Way Media, to exploit opportunities in the U.K. gambling and entertainment market.

The new company, Two Way Gaming Ltd., appointed Two Way Media commercial director Guy Templer as managing director.

Two Way Gaming will look to take advantage of deregulation in the U.K. gaming market, which now permits casino games on electronic media, and offer gambling to U.K. TV audiences.

The company will operate U.K. cable TV's only betting channel, The Winner Channel, as well as while-label gambling services for Five, Virgin Media Television, Teletext, The Sun and Pitch Gaming, a live TV gambling channel distributed by Sky.
