Hayden Panettiere is in Trouble with Japanese OfficialsOcean activist and actress Hayden Panettiere, who plays The Cheerleader on NBC’s Heroes, has literally found herself in deep water as E! reports today that there is a warrant out for her arrest.  "I learned today that I have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan because of what I did for Save the Whales."  Last month she joined a group of American and Australian surfers in Japan to help drive dolphins away from a cove where fisherman where carrying out killings.

No official word yet about the charges against her.

According to TMZ, the fishermen tried to intimidate the activists with their boat motors and a fish hook.

Little did the fishermen know that Panettiere possesses reconstructive powers preventing her from suffering permanent injury…

Still, she is not above the grips of fear, and said as much at the time: "It was really frightening.  But in the end, all we really worried about was the dolphins."

In her interview with E!, Panettiere had the composure to wax philosophical about the things that get attention “in this town” – that town being, of course, Culver City…no, ahem...Hollywood.  "In this town, you tend to be able to get publicity when you're not wearing underwear or [you're] in rehab.  I was very excited that people were interested in what we did."

Wait, people aren’t wearing underwear in Hollywood?  And they’re getting publicity for it?  Who are these people and where can we find them?!
