Hannah Montana & Britney Spears to Share Thanksgiving?

Billy Ray Cyrus made his wish to host Britney Spears for Thanksgiving known last week to In Touch magazine, reaching out to the troubled pop star as countless celebrities have done in recent weeks. "We love her. We would love to be there for you and we care about you," Cyrus said. "Miley is a big fan and she wants to reach out, too. We want her to know that's it's never too late to make things right."

Now TMZ reports that Britney plans to accept the offer, as is supposedly evidenced in this video. But it’s hard to say when, exactly, the clip confirms anything at all. Does she even speak in the clip?

Regardless, the Cyrus’s have essentially guaranteed a media circus for their turkey holiday, and given Spears’s track record, it’s a virtual lock she won’t show.

But too bad: The former Queen of Pop cutting bread with the current one...a brilliant image. Then again, we’ve seen this kind of thing play out before in the famed “Kiss of Death” at the MTV Video Music Awards. Maybe Billy Ray should consider rescinding the invite.
