Sausalito, Calif. - Right Sized Media, the developer of a media search service that lets users discover and share pop culture quotes, has raised around $5 million in its first round of venture capital financing, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.

The company did not disclose its investors.

Sausalito, Calif.-based Right Sized Media's Entertonement service has recently concluded beta testing, and is gearing up for a public launch.

The company is headed by David Mandelbrot, Yahoo's former general manager of media and entertainment.
