Metuchen, N.J. - Phanfare, a provider of online photo and video hosting services, has raised $2.5 million in its third round of funding, led by Azure Capital Partners, VentureBeat reported.

Other undisclosed investors also participated. New Jersey-based Phanfare offers a desktop application where users can post their photos and videos, and have them automatically posted online.

The service claims 10,000 customers, who pay $7 a month for unlimited storage.
