Experian Interactive Media, parent to industry leaders LowerMyBills.com, ClassesUSA.com and the Affiliate Fuel Network, is now hiring a business development Partner Manager to help expand distribution for over 200 clients.  The Partner Manager will be expected to prospect and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners into the Affiliate Fuel Network while maximizing the high-potential relationships within their portfolio.  This is a very important job in a fast paced environment with an aggressive commission structure.  The ideal candidate must be organized, highly motivated and able to efficiently manage a large number of clients.

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will be effective in creating a prospecting strategy based on the current company focus and leveraging the Experian Interactive Media name and value proposition to recruit high-potential partners.  He or she will work to understand the needs and wants of each partner so as to manage them in the manner most effective to accelerating their growth. The Partner Manager will be responsible for understanding the target market of our advertising clients and their promotions, and then making effective matches with their partners based on historical analytics, partner feedback and common sense targeting. Once the Partner Manager has demonstrated strategic thinking and success in developing strong relationships, they will focus on more comprehensive business development initiatives.  They will work with our business development team, be supported by our Business Analyst and Network Operations teams, and report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Job Prerequisites:

BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field. Or, must have 3 years of business experience including account management or sales, with at least 2 years direct experience in the online marketing arena.  Analytical experience using metrics e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL.  Existing media relationships are a big plus.  Must be proficient with modern office methods and procedures including online and Windows computer operations, database concepts, Internet business models and functions.  Please include cover letter, resume and salary history.  No calls please.
