- Adknowledge, the operator of a behavioral targeting online ad network, announced
that it has acquired Cubics, the developer of an online ad network for the
Facebook developer community.
Financial terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
Cubics says it now represents the ad inventory for over 500 Facebook
application developers; the company recently added support for Friendster, and
plans to add Bebo in the coming weeks.
San Francisco-based Adknowledge said the
deal will provide entry into the social media space.
