Our flagship product, Habbo Hotel, has fast become the destination online for teens to interact and play in a safe environment. We are currently seeking a web producer to help with our retention and conversion efforts!

Our ideal candidate is logical, process oriented, meticulous and skilled in communicating with teammates, upper management, and customers. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the web and knows how to practically implement new technologies. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience as a web producer (or project manager), or team leader on a website. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight dead lines.

To put it simply, we’re looking for an incredibly creative individual who has an analytical side.

A preferred candidate has:

• Experience with online multiplayer games, with an understanding of how they work and the communities behind them
• Interest in and knowledge of videogaming, pop culture, and the teen demographic
• Knowledge of game or interactive media design
• Experience with creative writing, storytelling, screenwriting

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for team, which includes but is not limited to distribution of assets, content ideas, reporting, tracking, for all campaigns in department.
• Be accountable for the on-time and flawless delivery of marketing and creative content campaigns while providing superior support to internal and external clients.
• Work effectively with all units to keep campaign work flowing through the process without delays.
• Review campaign assets, and the report discrepancies and problems found with 3rd party tracking, media, or creative to the Account Manager.
• Monitor the activity of live campaigns and assist with the troubleshooting of reporting and delivery issues.
• Ensure that all documentation and information related to a campaign is current and accurate.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree.
• 3 or more years of experience managing people & development projects.
• Intermediate HTML Skills and knowledge of CMS Tools (HTML is a must)
• Experience managing projects using or running a website
• Excellent written communication skills with specific experience gathering, documenting and diagramming data (Strong MS Excel and PPT Skills)
• History of managing high profile, consumer-facing websites
• Specific experience managing the development of public websites, people
• A detail oriented and execution minded focus.
• Mastery of time management and deliverable tracking.
