Atlanta - Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) Cartoon Network and Smashing Ideas on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership for the development and distribution of multiple Cartoon Network mobile games, animated screensavers and wallpapers. Under the deal, Smashing Ideas will distribute the jointly-created Cartoon Network content across North America through carriers supporting Flash Lite content.
