eMusic, a retailer of independent music and digital music service, has named Kip Morgan as Chief Marketing Officer. Morgan, formerly of EarthLink, is a leading direct marketing and internet executive with more than 20 years of consumer marketing experience. Reporting directly to eMusic President and CEO David Pakman, he is responsible for driving the next phase of eMusic's growth and overseeing traditional marketing functions, branding and business development.

38 Studios, an entertainment company dedicated to delivering immersive products, today announced that Michael Kosenski has been appointed Vice President of Product Development. Kosenski will oversee all aspects of the game development process, working closely with President and CEO Brett Close, Vice President of Creative Development Scott Cuthbertson, and CTO Jon Laff.

Time Warner Cable Inc. today announced the promotion of Arthur Minson to Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Minson had been Senior Vice President of Finance since joining Time Warner Cable in early 2006. In his new role, Minson will oversee the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, operations finance and treasury functions. He will report to Rob Marcus, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Time Warner Inc. announced today the appointment of Pascal Desroches as Time Warner’s Senior Vice President and Controller, effective January 1, 2008. Currently serving as Time Warner’s Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller, Mr. Desroches succeeds James Barge, who is leaving Time Warner to take a senior position at another company.
