Verizon Mobile TV Service to Offer 24 Full College Bowl Games

Basking Ridge, N.J. - Verizon Wireless (NYSE: VZ) announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with Qualcomm's (NASD: QCOM) MediaFLO USA to offer 24 full-length college football bowl games to its V CAST mobile TV service.

The companies will provide coverage of games produced by ESPN Mobile, CBS Mobile and Fox Mobile.

The V CAST service will offer games including the Las Vegas Bowl (UCLA vs. BYU), Alamo Bowl (Penn State vs. Texas A&M), Gator Bowl (Texas Tech vs. Virginia), Independence Bowl (Alabama vs. Colorado), Outback Bowl (Wisconsin vs. Tennessee) and Cotton Bowl (Missouri vs. Arkansas).
