Game Publisher 1C Acquires Russian Studio Ino-Co

Moscow - European video game publisher 1C Company announced on Thursday that it has acquired Russian game developer Ino-Co. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1991, Moscow-based 1C has worked with over 30 independent studios to produce over 100 projects for PC and game consoles. Ino-Co has developed titles including "Fantasy Wars" and "Star Wolves."
