Washington
- ARPU, the developer of a point-of-sale advertising network, has raised $8.7
million in its third round of funding, according to a filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Grotech Capital Group led the round,
which also included participation from previous investors Polaris Venture
Partners and New Atlantic Ventures.
Washington-based ARPU works with suppliers
to serve relevant online offers to customers purchasing products and services
over the Internet.
The company also raised $5 million in July 2006.
