New York - Publisher Conde Nast's online unit CondeNet said this week that it will turn its Flip.com community site for teens into a Web application for social networking platforms, starting with Facebook. The company will continue to operate the Flip.com site, but shift development and marketing focus to distributed applications for the Flip application, which claims 300,000 users and lets teens create and share multimedia flipbooks.
