Quattro Wireless, a Waltham-based, mobile advertising network, has named Steven Rosenblatt as its vice president of advertising sales. Rosenblatt previously served as vice president of sales for Maxim Digital.

Voxant, a Reston-based developer of an online syndication network providing licensed content, advertising and syndication services to web sites and niche communities, has named Internet industry veteran Marcien Jenckes as its CEO. Jenckes most recently served as the senior vice president of messaging community and voice at Dulles-based AOL. He was responsible for launching AOL's free web services and online network. Voxant launched its Voxant Newsroom, which offers licensed content from more than 250 media outlets, in April 2007. The move came seven months after the
company raised $10.5 million in its second round of funding, co-led by SoftBank Capital and Court Square Ventures.
