New York - Tremor Media, the provider of an online video advertising network, announced on Monday that it has raised $11 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by Canaan Partners and Masthead Venture Partners.

New York-based Tremor Media provides both in-banner and in-stream video advertising opportunities on over 800 top-tier publisher sites, which count a combined more than 92 million unique visitors per month.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its international growth plans, expand its product offering, and enhance the flexibility of its technology.
