New York - Online video broadcaster ROO Group on Monday further detailed its restructuring efforts, announcing it will shutter its business solutions unit and lay off 10 employees.

The company last month said it would lay off 21% of its workforce, and has now cut a total of 43 employees.

ROO also in December hired new CEO Isaza Tuzman, formerly COO of JumpTV, while its four independent board members resigned.

Today, Tuzman announced that three of his former colleagues from JumpTV have also joined the company, and will help lead ROO as it shifts focus to IPTV and international markets.

Other cost-cutting initiatives the company detailed included plans to move its headquarters out of New York, and possibly develop its own content delivery network infrastructure.
