YANGAROO Inc., a secure digital media distribution company, has announced that Richard Klosa has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) effective immediately. Wojtek Hoch is leaving the position of Vice President Technology after five years with the company to pursue other opportunities.

Disney Interactive Studios today announced the addition of Jean-Marcel Nicolai to its executive team as senior vice president, global production. He will oversee Disney’s worldwide video game production including the company’s five internal development studios, externally developed projects and future studio expansion. Nicolai will be based at headquarters in Glendale, Calif. reporting to Graham Hopper, executive vice president and general manager.

Midway Games Inc. today announced that Thomas E. Powell, Midway’s executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer, has resigned to take a position with another firm. The Company has appointed Ryan O’Desky, vice president – finance, controller, and assistant treasurer, as interim chief financial officer and has initiated a search for a permanent replacement for Mr. Powell.
