Orange County, Calif. - Two former executives from multiplayer game service provider K2 Network on Thursday announced the launch of their new game publishing venture, True Games Interactive. The Orange County, Calif.-based company said it is currently raising its first round of financing, and plans to release its first title this summer. The company will offer developers the ability to publish titles on a proprietary platform that utilizes a free-to-play, micro-transaction model. True Games plans to seek existing Eastern content, and also work with Western developers on new content.
