- Spot Runner, an Internet-based ad agency that sells excess TV ad inventory
and helps small businesses create commercials, announced on Tuesday that it has
acquired GlobeShooter, a network of more than 1,200 independent filmmakers,
producers and production companies.
Financial terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
Los Angeles-based Spot Runner said the services of GlobeShooter will
be renamed the Spot Runner Production Network, and will expand its ability to
offer customized ad creation for TV and the Internet.
