WPP's Wunderman Buys Asian Interactive Marketer Agenda

Singapore - Advertising giant WPP's (NASD: WPPGY) Wunderman marketing services network announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Asian interactive marketing firm Agenda.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1996, Agenda provides online strategy, Web development and management, online advertising and Web analytics services, and has launched over 500 websites for clients including Pepsi, Microsoft and Citibank.

Wunderman said the deal expands its Asian footprint by more than 40%.

The company also recently acquired Blast Radius; other holdings include KnowledgeBase Marketing, ZAAZ, These Days and Aqua Online.
