New York - IGA Worldwide, the operator of an in-game advertising network, announced on Thursday that it has added about $5 million to its second round of venture capital financing, from Translink Capital, Presidio STX and ITOCHU Corporation.

The company previously announced that it raised $25 million for its second round in July 2007, from investors including GE/NBC Universal's Peacock Equity Fund and KTB Ventures.

New York-based IGA, which places ads within video games on a range of platforms, said it will use the new funds to further expand its global in-game advertising footprint.
