Entertainment Start-up En2go Raises $1.35 Million

Los Angeles - En2go, a company developing digital entertainment and applications for computers, TV and mobile devices, announced on Friday that it has raised $1.35 million in a private placement of its shares.

Los Angeles-based en2go was founded by entrepreneur Tolga Katas; the company's board includes Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, former EMI head of digital Ted Cohen, music industry veteran Paul Fishkin, and developer John Draper.

The company also said that it has retained Connect Capital and Connect Corporate Communications to assist with investor relations and communications services.

En2go will use the proceeds from the placement to help fund its technology incubators in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
