Out-of-Home Entertainment, Ad Firm Channel M Gets $6 Million

Los Angeles - Channel M, a provider of out-of-home entertainment and advertising content for video screens, has raised $6 million in its third round of funding, led by Ascend Venture Group.

Vintage Capital also participated in the round.

Los Angeles-based Channel M's out-of-home video network includes more than 20,000 locations.

The company has established an in-store TV network for the ecko fashion brand, and has also worked with video game retailer GameStop and children's fitness facility MyGym.
